We cover missing competencies
We helped J&T Bank cover the missing competencies in the area of User testing and UX writing, and our cooperation thus contributed to improving the user experience with the new J&T Bank application. During the cooperation, we received high-quality feedback and eliminated potential problems before the final launch of the new application, especially in the area of navigation paths and key parts of investments.
User testing
We recruited participants and conducted several moderated user tests.
UX writing
Suggestions for modifications, their removal, including providing missing UX writing competence.
UX training
J&T Banka acquired the necessary know-how to implement internal testing.
User Testing
We supervised the complete user testing process for online banking. This included cooperation in recruiting participants from the “mass affluent” segment and conducting several moderated User tests using the Lookback platform.
We thus revealed significant User Experience shortcomings before the actual development, thereby increasing the chances of the application’s success on the market.
UX writing
Based on the findings from user testing, we proposed specific adjustments and improvements and further collaborated on their removal, including providing the missing UX writing competence.
UX Training
Thanks to repeated user testing, J&T Banka acquired the necessary know-how to implement internal testing, which contributed to the bank's independence from other suppliers.
